El 24 de enero de 1885 comparece en la casa consistorial de Colombres, municipio de Ribadedeva, D. Ramón de la Fuente Cobiellas, vecino de Noriega, para decir que su hijo Ramón de la Fuente Vega, de 17 años de edad, desea trasladarse a nuestras posesiones de Ultramar. Tiene el permiso paterno y no se halla encausado civil ni judicialmente.
Por todo ello solicita al Sr. alcalde presidente la certificación que así lo acredite.
