El 11 de marzo de 1885 comparece en la casa consistorial de Colombres, municipio de Ribadedeva, D. Emeterio García Noriega, vecino de Colombres y maestro de instrucción primaria, para decir que su hijo José García Borbolla, de 14 años de edad, tiene proyectado embarcar para la República de México. Tiene el permiso paterno y no se halla encausado civil ni judicialmente.
Por todo ello solicita al Sr. alcalde presidente la certificación que así lo acredite.
